We enjoyed this home so much we are hoping to rent again. It was comfortable and a beautiful place to come back at the end of the day. They were amazing host and very friendly when situation arose on our personal side of the stay.

This was the perfect place to stay to take our granddaughter to the downtown museums. Kelvin and Arthina had games, legos, crayons, etc to keep our little one busy when we got home. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras. We were very pleased with all the extras to make us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay during our trip and the apartment was the perfect home base for our exploration. Perfect location for day trips and walks to great landmarks and restaurants. The apartment was neat as a pin and very comfortable. We would highly recommend Kelvin and Arthina's apartment!

Great place to stay! Super close to downtown, but far enought to where your not bothered by the clubs or bars. My partner and I while definetly be back in the future!

Kelvin and Arthina were amazing hosts. Very responsive, and even sent my family and I a list of activities taking place in Raleigh over the weekend. The wife and kid had an amazing time.

Kelvin and Arthina were exceptional hosts. Great communication throughout our stay and very attentive to any situation or need. The location was perfect to easily reach anything around Raleigh. Parking was easy and always available. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The layout is a bit unusual with the kitchen accessed from the bedroom area but worked fine for us. Would def stay there again!

Not only are Kelvin & Arthina just lovely people, but they are also two of the most kind & accommodating hosts I’ve ever stayed with! The home was clean and spacious and the location was very convenient for exploring Raleigh & the Triangle. Parking was super easy and always available. Fully stocked kitchen if you plan on cooking in the house with spices and everything. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

The space and the location were perfect. Everything was so accessible, your literally walking distance from downtown. Everytime I come to Raleigh I will be staying here without a doubt, you can't get this type of experience at a hotel. The host's didn't just make me feel like a guest, they made me feel like family. Thank you Kelvin and Arthina I can't wait for my next trip!

Kelvin and Arthina were really great hosts and the unit was clean and comfortable. I had a couple of issues (one being my own fault) and either Kelvin or Arthina were there within minutes and went above and beyond to help. Aside from that, the unit was spotless and easy to live in. Kitchen had everything I needed, and they even left a few snacks and makeup wipes in the bathroom, they really thought of everything. Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely great location in walking distance of everything you can do in Raleigh, beautiful city life and great community. Kelvin&Arthina were super helpful making sure we were settled in highly recommend this location!
