Note: You must walk through the primary bedroom to access the bathroom and kitchen. Drive an EV!? We have two chargers (level 2)! The flat has one bedroom with a queen bed, a queen-size sofa bed, and a dedicated work desk space with a second screen to plug in. There is also fast high-speed Internet, a full kitchen, and a full-size washer/dryer. The unit has a portable crib/playpen. Updated stainless steel appliances Lots of windows Tall ceilings and very spacious minimalist and clean design Enjoy free parking, RIGHT OUTSIDE the front door. This is a location just a half mile from the HEART OF DOWNTOWN, and the perfect place for remote workers, traveling families, or anyone in town for an event!

This is an urban, diverse neighborhood. We've always felt safe there, but if you are sensitive to city noise or unaccustomed to city living, this might not be the place for you. Free parking for this apartment is in front of the property. We have outdoor ring cameras located in the front and rear of the property. We have outside cameras which are disclosed in our listing and tampering with these cameras or the internet will result in fines and possible eviction. No immediate local guests allowed! ***You can access the bathroom and kitchen by entering the bedroom.
