This is an urban, diverse neighborhood. We've always felt safe there, but if you are sensitive to city noise or unaccustomed to city living, this might not be the place for you.

Guests will receive smart lock access to gain access to the entire unit except for a locked storage room in the back.
Good to know
Note: You must walk through the primary bedroom to access the bathroom. There is also an additional air mattress for additional guests. We have a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator.

This is an urban, diverse neighborhood. We've always felt safe there, but if you are sensitive to city noise or unaccustomed to city living, this might not be the place for you. Free parking for this apartment is on New Bern Avenue, in front of the property. We have outdoor ring cameras located in the front and rear of the property.. We have outside cameras which are disclosed in our listing and tampering with these cameras or the internet will result in fines and possible eviction. No immediate local guests are allowed to book! ****The bathroom is located within the main bedroom.

AWESOME LOCATION You will be close to all the downtown hotspots in this downtown triplex unit! You can easily walk to most parts of downtown. The immediate area is super walkable/bikeable in any direction. There are also Raleigh bike share e-bikes that are 0.3 miles from the property. There is a city bus transit stop a few hundred feet away on New Bern Ave. Ample off-street and on-street parking is available. In addition, the property is: 0.4 miles to Transfer Co.
